Cary never sends promotional or third-party messages. No coupons, no partner offers, no sales. If a message is not a reminder you asked Cary to send, it is not from this SMS program — reply STOP and email help@cary.com.

How we handle it.

Storage
Your phone number is stored encrypted at rest in our database, scoped to your account.
Sharing
No mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent data will be shared, sold, rented, bought, or disclosed to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, or rent phone numbers. Not to advertisers, not to partners, not to affiliates. Our messaging provider (Twilio) processes messages on our behalf under contract.
Retention
Kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, your number is removed within 30 days.
Full policy
