Cary never sends promotional or third-party messages. No coupons, no partner offers, no sales. If a message isn't either (a) a reminder you asked for or (b) a reply to something you sent, it's not from us — reply STOP and email help@cary.com.

Your number

How we handle it.

Storage
Your phone number is stored encrypted at rest in our database, scoped to your account.
Sharing
We do not share, sell, or rent phone numbers. Not to advertisers, not to partners, not to affiliates. Our messaging provider (Twilio) processes messages on our behalf under contract.
Retention
Kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, your number is removed within 30 days.
